Senior Executive with 30 years of managerial experience (financial, payment and insurance services, logistics and e-commerce) in top management roles (finance, commercial, marketing, and P&L Leader); passionate about building new ventures and look out for new ways to uncover value, while developing teams and driving company growth by knowing the key legacy challenges in bringing in innovation.
Board member; player of the Italian innovation and Venture Capital ecosystem as business angel and member of Italian Angels for Growth. Founder and past president of Professional Women Network Rome, and cofounder of Inclusione Donna, a network of 70 associations representing 60k Italian women and focused on doing lobby to increase the % of women in the labour market and institutional organizations.

Senior Advisor with 40 years of experience in ICT complex project management, leveraging in depth knowledge of systems and related languages for software design and development and of virtualization and cloud technologies computing for installation, configuration, customization/tuning and technology management virtualization in complex environments with SAN storage, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, vRealize Operations, VMware, vSphere.
Strong skills in server operating systems (Win, RHEL), IBM DB/2, PL/SQL stored procedures, OOP programming (Delphi). IBM Certified Advanced DB2 LUW Administrator; VMware Certified Professional-Data Center Virtualization.
Strong experience in discrete and linear digital electronic. Private Pilot Licence owner and Partenavia P64 pilot.
